What shipping methods are available?

There are three shipping methods:

- Express Italy: shipments throughout Italy. Delivery time 1 to 4 working days. Free above €140.00. Under €140.00 there is a contribution of €8.00.

- Express EU: shipments throughout Europe. Delivery time approximately 4 working days. Free above €140.00. Under €140.00 there is a contribution of €15.00.

- Extra EU: delivery to the rest of the world, including some European countries. If you are not within the countries included for Express EU shipping, please contact our customer service through the live chat, or through the contacts. The price of delivery depends on the state.

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by email (after leaving the email in our portal). Each product is processed 24 hours after the order is placed.

Each purchase takes place in maximum security thanks to the use of the most advanced technological systems in the field of e-commerce and with coding systems (SSL) to protect your personal data and information on your credit card from unauthorized access.

In fact, the credit card data is sent, during the execution of the order, to  Shopify Payments and is protected against unauthorized access, through the encrypted transfer of SSL data ('Secure Socket Layer'). These data are not accessible to third parties.

What is an original spare part?

ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS: The original spare parts shown in the Catalogs and distributed by Fratelli Leo srl are all the items produced by the original spare parts manufacturers in accordance with the provisions of the law in force.
It is recalled that based on the definition contained in paragraph 19, Title III, of the Guidelines to EU Regulation no. 461/2010, replacing Regulation no. 1400/2002 (Legge Monti) for original spare parts we mean "the parts or equipment built in compliance with the specifications and production standards provided by the vehicle manufacturer (...) Unless proven otherwise, it is presumed that the parts constitute original parts if the manufacturer of the themselves certify that they have qualities equivalent to the components used for the assembly of the vehicle in question and have been built in accordance with the specifications and production standards of the vehicle”.

What is a replacement of equivalent quality?

I spare parts of equivalent quality are expressly indicated at the bottom of each individual article belonging to this type and for them, based on the definition contained in paragraph 20, Title III, of the Guidelines to EU Regulation no. 461/2010, replacing Regulation no. 1400/2002 (Legge Monti), means "spare parts with sufficiently high quality, so that their use does not compromise the reputation of the authorized network in question".

Orders and returns

How can I place an order?

Search for the product by entering the product code or name in the search bar, or through the car model. After this simple procedure go to the product page and order it, proceeding with the purchase data in the checkout.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, it can also be done without an account.

How can I delete or cancel an order?

To delete or cancel an order, contact assistance using the data found on the page Contacts o la Live chat.

If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

How can I track my order?

As soon as the product is shipped, the customer receives an email with the tracking number. Through that number it is possible to track the order directly on the courier's website.


Business customers from the European Union

For Business customers in the European Union the 0% VAT exempt invoice is available, to get it you must provide the company data when filling out the form at checkout. Or contact support immediately and we will be happy to help.

Non-EU business customers

The customs clearance of the goods at destination is the responsibility of the recipient, the prices on our site do not include any taxes or / and customs duties.
